Job Location

Process/Chemical Engineer based in Visp, Switzerland. In our “C2-Verbund” site you are responsible for ensuring the continuous production of intermediate and final products in a value chain supplying the feed & food industries with vitamins, fragrances & flavorings.

Key Responsibilities

• As a member of the management team and associate manager, you will support the manufacturing director, the production supervisors and the shift supervisors.


• Optimal operation of the existing production systems according to variable production requirements.


• Continuous improvement of the production process and planning and implementation of technical changes.


• Troubleshooting and support of the production teams in all plants associated with the value chain.


• Preparation of the necessary plant and process documentation and calculations.


• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements.


• Training and promotion of employees & personnel issues.


• Coordination of improvement teams.


• Lead & participation in risk analyses and technical projects.


• Implementation of the vision and culture of Arxada.


• Exchange of information and communication with internal and external customers.

Key Requirements

• Completed studies in process or chemical engineering.


• Experience in chemical operations.


• Strong understanding of process technology and its context within chemical operation.


• Very good communication skills in German & English (written and oral).


• Driving work attitude as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
