StepStone Group is seeking an Analyst for the Private Debt Portfolio and Risk Management team in a hybrid Zurich setting. You will oversee evergreen fund activities, perform market research, and support senior professionals in daily fund management.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and English fluency; prior private debt exposure is preferred. You will collaborate across teams and contribute to data-driven investment insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in private markets or private debt preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and execution quality.

Aufgaben

• Data collection & processing in the context of corporate lending transactions and other Private Debt strategies.
• Produce and update research material on the asset class.
• Provide assistance to investment professionals and other team members.
• Assist with market research and performance analysis.
• Assist and perform ad hoc projects and reviews related to the client requests.
• Assist with various other projects and analyses for the Private Debt team.
