Qualifications

• Strong service mindset, initiative, structured, reliable and independent work.
• Confident in using standard Microsoft Office applications.
• German communication skills; French and English are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support client advisors with inquiries and administrative tasks.
• Independently prepare for and follow up on client meetings.
• Monitor portfolios for upcoming maturities and outstanding matters.
• Receive and process orders related to securities, FX, derivatives, and payments.
• Welcome clients and visitors, ensure meetings run smoothly.
• Handle calls professionally and direct to appropriate contacts.
