Job summary

Arbeitnow seeks a Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer to join the Pricing Services team in Zurich. The role focuses on pricing and billing changes, operating in a DevOps environment with end-to-end responsibility from requirements to testing.

Qualifications

University or university of applied sciences degree in Banking & Finance, CS, Business Informatics or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Business Engineering at a financial services provider.
Certification in Business Engineering (e.g. IREB).
Experience in agile project management (e.g. SAFe).
High quality standards and a structured, precise way of working.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
High IT affinity and SQL knowledge is an advantage.
Convincing communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Handle change tasks in the pricing and billing area within a DevOps environment.
Gather requirements, develop and evaluate solution options, and create detailed specifications.
Support implementation using agile methods.
Prepare test plans and carry out test cycles as part of the releases.
Create and take end-to-end ownership of features, with a strong focus on quality and documentation.
Work closely with stakeholders such as sales, product management, legal, IT architecture and development.
