Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in preschool education or equivalent
• TKT Training Course
• Prior experience with young children preferred

Aufgaben

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities
• Monitor children during classroom activities to ensure safety and positive behavior
• Reinforce classroom rules and help develop social and emotional skills
• Set up and organize classroom materials and displays for hands-on learning
• Maintain clean and hazard-free spaces; sanitize toys and surfaces
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to children needing extra help
• Observe development and communicate concerns or progress to the lead teacher
• Assist with daily routines (arrivals, departures, meals, rest) to foster independence
• Model respectful, inclusive behavior and support a positive classroom culture
• Collaborate with staff to ensure consistent teaching practices and care
