Job summary

Elan Computing (Schweiz) AG seeks an experienced Consultant to support analytics, reporting, and strategic insights for PrEP, HIV testing, and donor-funded programmes. You will develop integrated reporting, analyze programme data, and deliver dashboards, briefings, and actionable insights for decision-makers.

The role combines technical analysis with stakeholder engagement in an international health-focused team. Swiss work permit or Swiss/EU passport is required.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Data Science, Supply Chain or a related field.
Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
Experience in HIV programming, monitoring & evaluation, or strategic information.
Experience working with international health programmes and technical partners.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate integrated donor reporting processes.
Analyze PrEP and HIV testing programme data and commodity investments.
Identify opportunities for programme optimization and efficiency.
Create dashboards, visualizations, presentations, and technical reports.
Collaborate with international stakeholders, technical partners, and programme teams.
