Zusammenfassung

Kanadevia Inova is seeking a Power Solution Expert to help advance our cloud-first strategy and modern digital workplace in Zurich. You will lead the development of secure, scalable Microsoft Power Platform solutions, and foster adoption by supporting citizen developers and delivering practical training such as App in a Day workshops.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and help shape our digital workplace across enterprise

Qualifikationen

At least 3 years of experience in Power Platform development and Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.
Hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and governance best practices.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online) and related security concepts.

Aufgaben

Enable citizen development: coach users to build Power Platform solutions and run App in a Day workshops.
Lead complex solution delivery from design through testing and deployment.
Co-define governance, establish guardrails and lifecycle controls.
Connect solutions across the digital workplace with Microsoft 365 and other systems.
Provide third-level expertise and maintain documentation for service quality.
