Job summary

TotalEnergies Group in Geneva invites motivated students pursuing a Master’s degree to join the Structured Power Middle Office. You will work on managing complex physical and financial power transactions, renewable portfolios and risk in Europe’s evolving electricity markets.

You will contribute to portfolio analysis, automation, data analytics and AI, developing tools in Python, VBA and SQL, and collaborating with Trading, Risk and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and advanced Excel; VBA is a plus.
• Fluent English with good communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily P&L, portfolio exposures and risk metrics across structured power portfolios.
• Investigate valuation movements, identify key market drivers and help resolve data or reporting discrepancies.
• Support risk monitoring and ad hoc analysis of power market fundamentals, asset performance and portfolio exposures.
