Université de Lausanne seeks a postdoctoral researcher to join the Visual Collaboration Lab for sustainability research at the intersection of MIS/Management, collaboration, and wicked problems. The position is full-time at the Dorigny campus, Lausanne, starting Autumn 2026.

You will conduct innovative research on sustainability, collaborate with UI/UX designers and multidisciplinary researchers, and advance human-centered approaches under the supervision of Prof. Stephanie Missonier.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in IS/Management with sustainability focus.
• Willingness to research sustainability and wicked problems.
• Strong qualitative research and Design Science Research skills.
• Strong relational and communication skills.
• Interest in multidisciplinary projects.
• Fluency in English or French, with knowledge of the other language.

Aufgaben

• Conduct innovative research on sustainability through multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Help multidisciplinary teams address wicked problems.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers and researchers.
• 100% of time dedicated to the research.
• Supervised by Prof. Stephanie Missonier.
