Job summary

EPFL Neuchâtel invites applications for a full-time postdoctoral position in the Laboratory for the Chemistry of Materials and Manufacturing (ALCHEMY). You will lead independent research and mentor on synthesis/characterization, collaborating with lab members and international partners to push forward advanced functional materials research.

We are offering a full-time (100%) postdoc position at the Laboratory for the Chemistry of Materials and Manufacturing (ALCHEMY) at EPFL Neuchatel. At EPFL ALCHEMY, we are focused on developing accessible chemistries and processing strategies that can enable the fabrication of a wide variety of advanced functional materials and devices.

Profile

• A PhD degree in the fields of chemistry or polymer science. Materials science is possible if the candidate has the required experience listed below
• Experience with small molecule synthesis and characterization is required
• Experience with polymer characterization is required
• At least 2 peer-reviewed scientific articles
• Excellent comunication skills in English
