Cross Border Talents is hiring Italian-speaking Content Moderators to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon or Porto) for a 6-month back-office role with accommodation from day 1. The position offers a relocation package and modern city-center offices. Work will involve content moderation, guideline adherence, and collaboration with a global platform.

You will join an international team, with onboarding, training, and mentorship provided to help you adapt quickly to a new country and work culture.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German (C2) and English (B2 minimum)
• Clear communication, empathy, and sound decision-making
• Experience or strong interest in e-commerce and digital environments
• Resilience in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings

Aufgaben

• Review and moderate content to keep online spaces safe and policy-compliant
• Stay current with platform guidelines and adapt to changing procedures
• Flag and elevate sensitive issues appropriately
• Maintain top performance even during high-volume shopping seasons
