Job summary

COMET AG in Switzerland seeks a customer- and team-oriented PLM Application Owner to lead Siemens Teamcenter across the Comet Group and guide the PLM team.

You will translate business needs into scalable PLM solutions, maintain the application roadmap and drive international PLM projects, ensuring reliable operations and integrations with SAP S/4HANA and CAD systems.

Qualifications

• Degree from a University of Applied Sciences or equivalent in an industrial or technical discipline.
• Several years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter and PLM processes.
• Experience in change management and project management within an industrial environment.
• Experience in functional leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Take functional ownership of Siemens Teamcenter across the Comet Group and provide technical leadership to the PLM team.
• Optimize PLM processes together with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Product Management and IT.
• Translate business needs into scalable PLM solutions and maintain the application roadmap.
• Drive PLM projects, change initiatives and continuous improvements across international teams.
• Ensure reliable operations, integrations and lifecycle management of Teamcenter, including SAP S/4HANA and CAD systems.

PLM Application Owner 80-100%

What you will do:

• Take functional ownership of Siemens Teamcenter across the Comet Group and provide technical leadership to the PLM team

What you bring:

• Degree from a University of Applied Sciences (FH), Advanced Technical College (HF) or equivalent qualification in an industrial or technical discipline
• Several years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter and a strong understanding of PLM business processes
• Experience in change management and project management within an industrial environment
• Experience in functional leadership, stakeholder management and guiding teams through change
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter integrations with SAP S/4HANA, CAD systems and related applications
• Excellent English skills, strong communication abilities and a structured, hands-on approach; German knowledge is an advantage
