Taurus is a fintech startup building digital asset infrastructure and regulated trading platforms. We are seeking an engineer with 2–3 years of DevOps, Linux and software development experience, based in Zurich, Lausanne or Geneva.

You will help keep production running, support production and testing environments, and contribute to scalable infrastructure design and management in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating services in demanding environments.
• Familiarity with SRE principles including automation, monitoring and incident management.
• Hands-on exposure to modern DevOps tooling (Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, Shell).
• Exposure to DevOps build, testing, release management and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to deploy and operate solutions in production with guidance from seniors.
• Some SQL experience and software development in Go, Java or Python.

Taurus is a FinTech providing regulated digital asset trading and financial services to its clients. It is also a leading provider of digital asset infrastructure solutions to banks, corporations and private companies.

Using blockchain technology, Taurus platform covers cryptocurrencies, tokenized securities and assets, digital currencies, and stable coins.

We are seeking a engineer (2-3 years of experience) with existing practical experience in Devops, Linux and Software development, based in either Zurich, Lausanne, or Geneva

Tasks

Your main responsibilities will be to :

• Help ensure production is always up and running efficiently
• Support services in production, testing and development environments, guaranteeing availability, efficiency, monitoring, alerting, resilience, on-call support, etc.
• Contribute to the design, implement, and manage cost-effective, large-scale infrastructure systems including cloud services, networking, and storage solutions

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in operating services, ideally in demanding environments.
• Familiarity with SRE principles and practices, including automation, monitoring, and incident management, with a willingness to deepen your expertise.
• Hands-on exposure to modern DevOps tooling (Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, Shell); you don’t need all of them, but experience with several is a plus.
• Exposure to DevOps build and testing processes, release management, and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to deploy and operate solutions and integrate them into existing production environments, with support from senior team members on more complex work.
• Some experience with database manipulation (SQL) and software development preferably in Go, Java, or Python.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Eager to learn, highly focused on the target, team- and results-oriented.
