ALTEN Group is seeking a Platform Engineer in Switzerland to focus on automating and streamlining the software release process. The candidate will design CI/CD pipelines, use IaC tools, ensure security, and monitor performance to boost development speed and stability.

Requires 5+ years in Platform Engineering/DevOps with Linux, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Fluent in Italian and English; certifications like CKA/CCA/KCA are nice to have.

Formación

We are looking for a Platform Engineer

focusing on automating and streamlining the software release process. Key responsibilities include designing CI/CD pipeline, using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, ensuring system security, and monitoring performance to improve development speed and stability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, or systems administration (Linux), with hands-on experience in Kubernetes and Terraform;
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (Vanilla, GKE), Helm, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD, Ansible;
• Experience with Cilium for networking, security and observability in Kubernetes environments;
• Education: B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field;
• Languages: Fluent in Italian and English.

Nice to have: CKA, CCA and KCA Certificates.
