Zusammenfassung

Flexsis AG, on behalf of our client in Urdorf, is seeking a Technical Staff / Plant Operator (m/f/d) 100% to operate and monitor the sorting system in shifts, ensure availability, reliability and safety, and support production. You should have a completed technical/trade training or equivalent experience, strong technical understanding and manual dexterity, and be able to work independently.

German language skills are essential; MS Office and SAP knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical/craft training or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in operation, maintenance and repair of technical systems.
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity.
• Independent, reliable and precise working method.
• Team player, resilient and flexible.
• Good German language skills, spoken and written.
• Good PC user skills (MS Office, SAP) advantageous.
• Willingness to work shifts and outside normal working hours.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor the sorting system in shift work.
• Ensure availability, reliability and operational safety.
• Operate TRY control panel, BLE and BDK.
• Monitor system modules and operational key figures.
• Independent troubleshooting at support level 0.
• Carry out maintenance, cleaning and simple repair work.
• Support with mechanical maintenance and conversion work.
• Ensure cleanliness and order at the plant.
• Support production.
• Communication and coordination between plant operation and production via radio/telephone.
• Work according to repair and maintenance manuals.
