Job summary

Brändi in Sursee is seeking a Production Planner to plan production, maintain ERP data (Abacus), and coordinate orders. You will work closely with product management, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth production flows.

Ideal candidates have technical or logistical training, strong organizational skills, and experience with Microsoft 365 and Abacus. The role is 60%–80% with immediate start possible.

Qualifications

• Technical, logistical or comparable basic training.
• Further training as a technical clerk, process or logistics specialist.
• Organisational flair and enjoyment in dealing with people.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Abacus and collaboration tools.
• Structured, independent work style and a team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Production planning with responsibility for Brändi products (raw materials, semi-finished, finished).
• Data maintenance in the ERP system (Abacus), material disposition and order processing.
• Work preparation, planning and control of production orders.
• Participation in analysis, development and standardisation of production and order processes.
• Central contact point in collaboration with product management, suppliers and customers.
• Administrative tasks.
