Avaloq in Switzerland is seeking a Software Engineer with PL/SQL to join the Securities & Treasury domain. You will collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain solutions for trading, settlement, and reporting modules, using PL/SQL and Avaloq Script language.

The role requires at least 3 years of software development experience, strong SQL knowledge, and a willingness to work in an agile, hybrid environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
• Knowledge of Java; Python or C++ is a plus
• Eager to learn business needs and deliver high‑quality code
• Structured, analytical, autonomous approach to complex problems

• Collaborate with Team Lead, PO, BAs and other engineers
• Write designs for new developments and get reviews from leads/architects
• Participate in client workshops and assist with requirements analysis
• Design, develop and maintain solutions within the team scope

• Take ownership of your area of expertise
• Work in an agile mindset with Jira
