Job summary

The Lavaux Hospital in Cully, Vaud, nestled in the vineyards of Bourg-en-Lavaux, is seeking a Physiotherapist for a 100% position to join our dynamic team. You will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans with the medical team, and deliver sessions tailored to rehabilitation goals in a supportive hospital environment.

Strong communication, teamwork, and French language skills are essential; Swiss Red Cross validation is required.

Qualifications

• BSc HES-SO in physiotherapy, validated by Swiss Red Cross.
• Previous hospital or rehabilitation physiotherapy experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement of care.
• French speaking and writing proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and develop personalised treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team.
• Provide physiotherapy sessions tailored to each patient’s rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure accurate monitoring and documentation of patients’ progress.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.
• Participate in team discussions and propose ideas to improve clinical practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification, validated by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Previous experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Initiative and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement of care.
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
