Master in Integrated Building Systems ETH Zürich seeks a research associate / Ph.D. candidate for a cross-border SNSF/DFG WEAVE project on Virtual Reality, hosted at ETH Zurich and the TUM Campus Munich. Position B centers on behavioral & psychology aspects using VR.

The role involves designing VR studies, conducting experiments, data analysis, and collaboration with international partners. The project duration is three years.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent Master’s degree aligned with Position B.
• Strong interest in fundamental research on VR.
• Solid quantitative skills with R, Python, or Stata.
• Programming ability relevant to VR research; eye-tracking knowledge is a plus.

• Design and implement VR-based experiments and analyze primary data.
• Develop research agenda and refine study designs with ETH Zurich and TUM.
• Collaborate with international co-authors and industry partners.
• Contribute to seminars and provide operational project support.
