CTC Resourcing Solutions AG is seeking an EI&C Instrumentation Engineer for a 1-year contract in Visp, Switzerland, with extension potential. You will design instrumentation, manage COMOS docs, and support GMP-compliant qualification activities in pharma/biotech environments.

The role requires German fluency and English, Swiss/EU work eligibility, and strong experience in process control, loop testing, and startup support.

Qualifikationen

• Citizenship/work eligibility for Switzerland (Swiss or EU).
• Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical/Automation Engineering or related field.
• Experience in instrumentation engineering in pharma/biotech/chemical/regulatory environments.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation design and process measurements.
• Experience with COMOS documentation and data management.
• Familiarity with process control systems and field device integration.
• Experience with commissioning, loop testing and startup support.
• GMP/GxP familiarity for documentation requirements.
• Experience with UBIK or Kneat is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• German fluency mandatory; English proficiency required.

Aufgaben

• Design and specify instrumentation and field devices for process, utility, and infrastructure systems per GMP and standards.
• Select measurement technologies for pressure, temperature, flow, level, analytics and valves.
• Create and maintain instrument data sheets, loop diagrams, indexes, and calibration data.
• Maintenance of instrument data in COMOS; manage engineering data.
• Support integration of field devices into DCS, PLC, SIS, and control systems.
• Coordinate installation activities, ensuring design and quality compliance.
• Plan, execute, document, and troubleshoot loop checks, functional tests, and commissioning.
• Support startup and handover for new/modified systems.
• Execute GMP qualification activities using UBIK and Kneat; IQ/OQ support.
• Ensure activities comply with change control, data integrity and validation.
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Automation, Process Engineering, Maintenance, Validation, Quality and Project teams.
