The Tertianum Group, a Swiss market leader in senior living with locations across Switzerland, seeks a Care Assistant SRK 60-100% for the Sphinxmatte Residence in Solothurn. You will support guests with daily activities, hygiene, mobility, and participate in nursing documentation, under guidance.

Qualifikationen

• Completed SRK nursing course with internship in long-term care.
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage.
• A warm and humorous basic attitude.
• Enjoyment of varied challenges.
• German language skills in spoken and written form.

Aufgaben

• Care and support of assigned guests.
• Assistance with personal hygiene, mobility and daily activities; offer daily activities for guests with creative occupations and walks.
• Serve as a key contact person; living assistance under guidance.
• Participate in nursing reports and forward important observations; write nursing entries in the CareCoach documentation system.
• Assist with logistical and domestic tasks.

Your tasks

• Care and support of assigned guests
• Assistance with personal hygiene, mobility and other daily activities Offering daily activities for our guests with creative occupations, walks, etc.
• Taking on tasks as a key contact person Living assistance under guidance
• Participation in nursing reports and forwarding important observations Writing nursing entries in our nursing documentation system CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
