Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Performance Manager to lead global supply planning performance initiatives and drive operational excellence across categories. This role is pivotal in defining standardized ways of working, integrating advanced technologies, and ensuring continuous improvement within our Global Supply Planning (GSP) organization.

Your Main Responsibilities Include
  • Introduce and integrate AI and automation tools into the Supply Planning organization to enhance data-driven decision-making and build data science capabilities.
  • Standardize supply reviews, service meetings, and interaction models with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement global standards for service, inventory, and cost management to optimize fill rates and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Generate actionable insights for IBP and SIOP processes and track global KPIs for performance reviews.
  • Act as a strategic link between MPS Planners and the Global MPS Lead, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Lead continuous improvement programs to strengthen performance culture across GSP.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Brings
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Expertise in MPS, DRP, manufacturing, distribution, and inventory planning processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to present fact-based insights to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with planning tools (SAP APO, O9, E2Open) and AI technologies is a plus.
  • Proven leadership experience managing direct and indirect teams.
  • Experience in factory operations or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Strategic thinking who can translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.
