Zusammenfassung

ROVA Health in Zurich seeks a Performance Coach to design and deliver 1-2-1 training, run on-site assessments, and lead group sessions. You’ll build strong client relationships, adapt programmes, and contribute to a holistic wellbeing offering.

Qualifications include Level 3 PT or related degree, REPS/CIMSPA Level 3, and 2+ years coaching; strong customer service and IT skills are essential. The role is full-time in Zurich with benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Recognised personal training qualification or degree in Exercise/Sports Science.
• REPS/CIMSPA Level 3 accreditation or equivalent.
• At least two years' experience coaching clients 1-2-1.
• Experience teaching group fitness classes.
• Corporate wellbeing experience is a bonus.
• Confidence presenting to individuals and groups.
• Independent work with good IT skills across Microsoft Office.
• Genuine care for people and willingness to learn in wellbeing space.

Aufgaben

• Instruct, support and motivate clients to reach goals safely and professionally.
• Design and deliver 1-2-1 training programmes, adapting as client needs change.
• Plan and lead group exercise classes to build technique, confidence and consistency.
• Carry out onsite health and training assessments using ROVA's evaluation framework.
