Roche in Basel is seeking a People & Organisation Growth Consultant to partner with senior leaders and culture teams. You’ll design and implement large-scale change initiatives across global functions, aligning strategy with organisation design, culture and leadership effectiveness.

You’ll diagnose organisational systems, coach senior leaders, lead interventions, and collaborate with transformation offices to drive measurable outcomes that support Roche’s 10-Year Ambitions.

Experience and Expertise: Proven track record in delivering large-scale change initiatives, including organisation design, leadership team effectiveness, change and transformation, culture shaping.

Skills: Deep organisational development, exceptional relationship management, coaching, and facilitation skills, with the ability to navigate in a matrixed environment and influence and collaborate at all levels. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and conflict-resolution abilities.
