Novartis is offering a Development P&O intern opportunity hosted through Magnit Global. As a P&O intern you will support operational processes, analytics and projects for the Development division, while serving the P&O function and cross‑functional partners.
You will prepare KPI reports, analyze data, coordinate processes across global and regional stakeholders, and provide project support including scheduling, minutes and follow‑ups.

The People and Organization Intern will also be responsible for supporting the People and Organization team and function(s) in managing projects related to Organization, Talent, Culture and Operational Efficiencies; serving P&O and function deliverables.
Workload: 40 hours/week
