A luxury hospitality group in Geneva is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for all its Swiss entities. This role requires at least 4 years of experience in payroll management within the hospitality sector, alongside perfect knowledge of Swiss labor laws and social security. The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English, highly detail-oriented, and capable of working well under pressure. The position is part-time, fully on-site, requiring a commitment of 50%.

Position Summary :
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end payroll management for all Swiss entities, ensuring full compliance with Swiss labor law, social security, tax regulations, and the CCNT. The role acts as a key point of contact for employees and management on all payroll and social insurance matters.
