Labcorp is seeking a PAI+ Pre-Apprentice to join our External Applications Support team in Geneva.

Work Schedule: 3 days a week, standard hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Observe and assist in basic client support activities

• Learn how user requests and issues are logged and followed up

• Support simple administrative tasks (documentation, tracking lists, data entry)

• Assist in preparing reports, checklists, or summaries

• Participate in quality checks and process reviews (introductory level)

• Learn how internal teams collaborate to resolve issues

• Support communication with internal teams using prepared templates

• Attend team meetings and training sessions

• Contribute to maintaining documentation and knowledge bases

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 months or more of experience using use Office applications

Additional Job Standards:

• Minimum A2 level in French

• English language skills are considered an asset

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Basic organization and attention to detail

• Teamwork and respectful communication

• Openness to feedback and coaching

• Basic use of computer tools (Office applications)

• Interest in customer service and digital tools
