Werthenstein BioPharma GmbH in Switzerland is seeking a Specialist, Planning & Scheduling (m/f/d) to support packaging compliance across batch record preparation and review, investigations, training, and cross-functional coordination.

You will ensure adherence to GMP, GDP and EHS requirements, manage SOP updates, and serve as a point of contact for work centers while supporting packaging execution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical packaging, GMP/GDP environment.
• Experience with batch record review and documentation.
• SAP and MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Investigates clinical complaints (CFAIs) in Packaging area.
• Conducts investigations related to compliance topics and CAPAs.
• Manages SOP updates and attachments.
• Pre-/post-execution review of batch records.
• Supports training activities and onboarding.
• Coordinates tasks within area of responsibility.
