Zusammenfassung

Albedis SA is seeking a Packaging Artwork Coordinator to join the Marketing team on a temporary basis (60-80%) for an 8-month assignment. You will create and manage packaging artworks, coordinating with NPD, product managers, and local teams to ensure timely delivery across European markets.

You will own the end-to-end artwork workflow, including briefing, design adaptation, development of English Master, internal reviews, and multi-language localization through final release.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating packaging artwork or packaging projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of artwork proofs, regulatory requirements and localization considerations.

• Create and manage packaging artworks, collaborating with NPD and Product Managers.
• Lead end-to-end artwork workflow from briefing to final release across multi-country/locales.
• Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance in all artworks.
• Perform proofreading and quality checks to ensure error-free packaging.
