• Experience integrating enterprise applications, preferably SAP, and translating requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong knowledge of project management, development coordination, software architecture, APIs, ALM, and agile/CI-CD practices.
• Good German and English skills; retail/omnichannel experience is a plus.

Outsystems Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the Outsystems platform, from planning through further development to stable operation
• Ensuring the required quality by managing CI/CD and deployments, production releases, code and architecture reviews, refactoring, monitoring, tests, performance analyses, bug fixing, as well as documentation of applications and interfaces
• Planning and developing business applications in close collaboration with solution architects, enterprise architects, and developers, including preparation of user stories, maintenance of reusable templates, and active participation in software development
• Technical leadership of internal and external developers including selection and training, complemented by sprint and resource planning, conducting sprint demos, and responsibility for cost estimates

Requirements

• Completed studies in a commercial field or in business informatics
• Many years of experience in developing enterprise applications with Outsystems as well as proven leadership experience in development management with a hands-on mentality
• Experience in developing and implementing integrations with enterprise applications, preferably SAP, as well as in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Sound knowledge in technical project management, development coordination, software architecture, APIs, integrations, ALM, as well as agile methodologies, CI/CD, deployment, and release management
• Structured, implementation-oriented, and communicative personality with high initiative, good German and English skills; retail or omnichannel experience is an advantage
