Qualifikationen

• Solid technical knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and training skills with customers and dealers.
• Good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

• Plan, organize, and deliver customer and operator training sessions on-site.
• Promote safety standards and best-practice methods.
• Advise operators, production managers, and operations managers on machine use.
• Conduct competency assessments and recommend training measures.
