Zusammenfassung

Lonza Visp, Switzerland is seeking Operators Biotechnologists with a relevant background to support growth across Life Sciences units. You will execute manufacturing activities in the Drug Product area, ensure batch execution per cGMP, and provide frontline technical support with the manufacturing team.

You will perform manual visual inspection of vials, prepare production documentation, operate and clean equipment, and maintain compliance with quality requirements.

• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably Drug Product sterile manufacturing.
• Familiar with GMP requirements, quality procedures and SOP execution.

Aufgaben

• Execute manufacturing activities in the Drug Product area per cGMP guidelines.
• Perform manual visual inspection of liquid and lyophilized vials to ensure defect-free product.
• Provide frontline technical and procedural support with the manufacturing team.
• Ensure batches are produced safely, on schedule and in compliance.
• Prepare production documentation (MBRs, forms) timely and accurately.
• Operate, set up, and clean production equipment and premises.

What you will do:

• Execute manufacturing activities in the Drug Product area in accordance with cGMP guidelines, ensuring proper batch execution, troubleshooting issues, and providing recommendations for resolution.
• Perform manual visual inspection of liquid and lyophilized vials to identify and remove all defective units. The final product must be free from any defects (e.g., absence of particles, no integrity or container defects) to ensure it can be safely administered as a sterile injection to patients.
• Provide frontline technical and procedural support in collaboration with the manufacturing team.
• Ensure each batch is manufactured safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with batch instructions and quality requirements.
• Be responsible for the timely and high-quality preparation of required production documentation (e.g., MBRs, forms).
• Operate, set up, and clean production equipment and premises as required.
