Qualifikationen

• Technical vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Mechatronics with further education in Purchasing or Business Administration.
• Several years of international procurement experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Procure and plan materials and external services across assigned product categories.
• Monitor order confirmations, delivery schedules, prices and quality.
• Negotiate quotations in the international procurement market.
• Conclude framework agreements with suppliers.
• Manage inventory levels, turnover and order quantities.
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality, with escalation management.
• Maintain supplier master data in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Production Planning, Quality and Logistics.
• Process non-conformance reports and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Procure and plan materials and external services across assigned product categories
• Monitor order confirmations, delivery schedules, prices and quality
• Obtain, evaluate and negotiate quotations in the international procurement market
• Negotiate and conclude framework agreements with suppliers
• Manage inventory levels, inventory turnover and optimal order quantities
• Ensure reliable supplier performance in terms of on-time delivery, quantity and quality, including escalation management
• Maintain accurate material and supplier master data in the ERP system
• Work closely with Category Management, Production Planning, Quality and Logistics
• Process non-conformance reports (NODs) and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (CIP)

Your Profile

• Technical vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Mechatronics, complemented by further education in Purchasing or Business Administration
• Several years of professional experience in international procurement, ideally within an industrial manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in working with SAP S/4HANA
• Dedicated, reliable and goal-oriented working style
• Strong assertiveness, resilience and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
