EF Teach Online is seeking fluent Finnish instructors to teach online courses to corporate students worldwide, starting September 2026.

As an independent contractor, you decide when you teach, with access to our tools and materials to support your delivery. Requirements include a completed bachelor’s degree, at least 120 hours Finnish-language teaching qualification, and relevant teaching experience; CV in English required.

• Minimum 120 hours Finnish language teaching qualification.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a corporate setting.

You Need To Meet The Following Requirements To Start

• Fully fluent Finnish speaker (C2 equivalent).
• Currently able to work as an independent contractor (freelance).
• Bachelor’s degree. You should have a completed bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 120 hours Finnish language teaching qualification.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Please submit your CV in English. CVs in other languages will not be considered**
