We are seeking a visionary and commercially driven Global Retail Business Performance Senior Lead to shape and steer the performance of On’s global retail ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution - empowering leadership teams across regions to make informed, high-impact decisions. You will act as the commercial performance architect of our global retail business, translating complex, data-led insights into clear, actionable strategies that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
As a senior member of the Retail Team, you will partner closely with global and regional stakeholders - across Retail, Finance, Operations, Merchandising, and DTC - to deliver scalable business steering frameworks, unify performance metrics, and ensure strategic alignment across 100+ stores worldwide.
