Phoeniqs Technologies is seeking an Odoo Technical Lead to steer the Odoo platform within the Office IT team. The role encompasses business analysis, solution design, Odoo configuration, development, and project delivery while expanding the wider Office IT service portfolio.

You will drive migrations, develop integrations, and train the team to build internal Odoo capabilities, contributing to digital transformation across multiple business functions.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong experience with Odoo implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Experience with ERP systems and business applications.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and documenting them.
• Familiarity with Python, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs; ability to design integrations and automations.

Aufgaben

• Act as the internal subject matter expert for Odoo and lead migrations from legacy apps.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Odoo modules and workflows across Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations.
• Design scalable solutions and support process improvements and automation.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems and support data migrations and API work.
• Build internal Odoo capability through documentation, training, and standards.
