Huus Feldhof in the St. Gallen area seeks a Nursing Unit Manager (80-100%) to lead our care team and ensure high-quality geriatric nursing services. You bring leadership experience in long-term care, a federal diploma, and a patient-centered approach.

You will guide ward operations, support trainees, and collaborate closely with the nursing service management to maintain a warm, professional home for residents in our modern facility.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as a specialist in long-term care with a federal diploma or leadership experience.
• Enjoyment in working with people.
• Flexible, resilient and empathetic personality.
• Team player.
• Leadership experience in the long-term care sector is an advantage.
• Willingness to supervise trainees during their training.
• Willingness to take on daily responsibility, ward duties and on-call duties.
• Organisational skills and a structured way of working.
• Openness to change.
• Knowledge and experience with the RAI LTCF or NH classification model is an advantage.
• Confident communication in German, both spoken and written.
