Jobup in Evilard is seeking a dedicated trainer to support and assess learners in the nursing field. You will work closely with our professional trainer to provide high-quality training and guide learners toward their competency milestones.

The role requires a nursing qualification (HES/ES) and an FSEA certificate, along with excellent German and French communication skills. You will be part of a small, dynamic team with a stable, crisis-resistant position and a strong focus on learner success.

Qualifikationen

• Nurs­ing diploma or equivalent required.
• FSEA certificate required.
• Completion of professional training expert education preferred.
• Strong written and spoken German and French skills required.

Aufgaben

• Support and assess learners to realize their potential through high-quality training.
• Support and accompany the professional trainer.
• Serve as the contact person for all training-related questions.
• Coach the learners throughout the programme.
• Execute the training mandate and evaluate progress and competency evidence.
• Coordinate with internal and external services and support the final examinations.
• Assist with recruiting learners and maintaining training records.
