Qualifikationen

• Bachelor in nursing or equivalent diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Successful experience in geriatrics and/or psychogeriatrics.
• Proactive, positive personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good stress management and excellent emotional control.
• Professionalism, sense of responsibility, organisation and adaptability.
• Flexibility, availability for weekend work.
• Comfortable with IT tools, knowledge of DIR Sadies software is a plus.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written).

Job description

As a nurse, you actively contribute to the quality of life and well-being of residents by participating in their comprehensive and personalised care.

You provide quality nursing care, respecting the individual, professional best practices, current standards, and the organisation of the establishment.

You ensure oral and written handovers and keep residents' electronic records up to date to guarantee continuity and safety of care.

On a daily basis, you support, supervise and assist ASSC, ASA and nursing assistants in their activities. Through constructive and motivating leadership, you strengthen collaboration and reflection within the team.

You are also able to respond effectively to emergency situations and take appropriate measures.

Finally, you participate in the development and implementation of resident support projects within an interdisciplinary approach involving all professionals of the establishment.

Profile sought
