Johnson & Johnson in Switzerland seeks an experienced Network Transformation Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, and execution of distribution and transportation network transitions. You will lead multiple workstreams across regions, manage dependencies, and ensure readiness for the future-state network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; FPX project management foundation.
• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, project management, or transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels.
• Experience managing complex project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance in matrix environments.
• Experience coordinating operational transitions, network changes, site implementations, or large-scale transformations.
• Understanding of supply chain and distribution operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of network transition projects across distribution, transportation, and supply chain functions.
• Manage multiple complex, interrelated network transition sub-projects in parallel, maintaining focus on deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and governance documentation to support network changes per FPX methodology.
• Track transition milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, coordinating escalation and resolution as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness of operational, systems, infrastructure, and partner (3PL) activities.
• Support execution of site transitional activities, including cutover planning, stabilization (hyper care), and transition governance.
• Ensure transition activities align with standards, timelines, and future-state network objectives.
• Facilitate alignment and decision visibility across Operations, IT, Digital, Procurement, Partner Management, and regional teams.
• Prepare reporting and updates for governance forums, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Maintain documentation of transition activities and lessons learned for future deployments.
