Work Hours / Schedule : Flexible / Monday through Saturday.

Primary purpose of position : Terminate and install CAT 5 / 6 network cables and activate ports to connect endpoints.

Duties and responsibilities : 1. Monitor ITSM system for tickets and take action to fulfill them.2. Install connectors on ends of CAT 5 / 6 network cables.3. Install or repair network connections and junction boxes.4. Access network portal system.5. Identify cables that need to be replaced.6. Enable switches to accept port traffic from different endpoints.7. Update system documentation, drawings, and knowledge base articles #LI-DNI
