Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking native language speakers to take part in a conversational audio data collection project that supports AI development. Sessions are conducted in a controlled environment, guided by a moderator, and focus on natural, unscripted conversations in participants' native language.

Each session lasts about two hours, with a brief technical setup before recording. Your participation will help train large-scale speech recognition and conversational AI systems,

Qualifications

• Native speaker of the target language.
• Comfortable participating in paired conversations.
• Able to provide informed consent for participation.
• Reliable and able to attend the full session.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a natural conversation with another participant in your native language
• Discuss one of several suggested general-interest topics provided during the session
• Take part in the conversation for approximately 2 hours
• Attend a short technical setup and equipment check before the recording begins
• Follow the session guidelines and moderator instructions
