Mercor is partnering with a leading AI research lab to build next-generation TTS systems. We seek native or native-level French speakers with a standard, neutral accent to contribute voice recordings for training and evaluating speech models.

Location is flexible; candidates with a clear, expressive voice and a good recording setup are welcome. Expect 5–10 hours per week over the project, with potential for voice cloning as described.

Qualifikationen

• Native or native-level French speaker with a standard, neutral accent (accent-free).
• Location does not matter; remote-friendly across regions.
• Clear, expressive voice with good recording setup.
• Availability for 5-10 hours per week.
• Voice may be cloned for the CX AI Agent; consent required.
• Experience in voice acting, narration, or broadcasting is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Record high-quality voice samples across diverse scripts (conversational, narrative, instructional).
• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with strong control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across sessions.
• Follow detailed recording guidelines (environment, microphone setup, file formatting).
• Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when required.
