IWF Communications in Pratteln seeks a creative and technically skilled video professional to focus on video production, postproduction, motion design, and 360°/VR productions. The role covers camera work, editing, colour grading, and content creation for events and digital formats.

You will collaborate with social media, communications, and event technology teams, contribute to the Digital-World ecosystem, and help develop new formats while exploring AI-based production tools.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent knowledge of video production, editing, and postproduction.
• Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with motion graphics and animations as well as handling After Effects templates, e.g. from Envato Elements.
• Good knowledge of DaVinci Resolve as well as Fusion and node-based workflows.
• Experience with 360° productions and VR video postproduction.

To strengthen our multimedia team, we are looking for a creative and technically skilled individual with a focus on video production, postproduction, motion design, as well as 360° and VR productions.

IWF Communications produces audiovisual content for companies, institutions, and events, continuously developing new digital formats. With Digital-World, we have also built our own ecosystem: this includes the Digital-World Conference, which we organise annually, as well as other formats such as Roadshow, Pulse, Spark, or Talents. For these platforms, we produce diverse content – from video and social media to motion design and event content, up to 360° and VR applications.

Your tasks

• Camera work for interviews, company portraits, events, and social media productions
• Postproduction including editing, colour grading, sound, and finishing
• Creation of motion graphics and animations with Adobe After Effects
• Implementation of content for events, large-scale events, and multiscreen applications
• Production and postproduction of 360° and VR videos
• Collaboration with our teams from social media, communications, and event technology

Your projects also include demanding productions such as the Day of the Economy at St. Jakobshalle, for which synchronised video and motion graphics content is produced for five screens.

What you bring

• Excellent knowledge of video production, video editing, and postproduction
• Solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign is an advantage
• Experience with motion graphics and animations as well as handling After Effects templates, e.g. from Envato Elements
• Good knowledge of DaVinci Resolve as well as solid skills in DaVinci Fusion and confidence in working with node trees
• Experience with 360° productions, ideally with the Insta360 Pro 2, as well as knowledge in merging and postproduction of 360° and VR videos
• A good sense of visual language, storytelling, design, and timing
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Interest in new technologies as well as VR and AI-based production and postproduction tools
