VWR, Teil von Avantor in Basel sucht ab sofort eine:n Mitarbeiter:in für Laborlogistik zur Unterstützung des Inventory Services Teams. Die Stelle ist befristet bis März/April 2027 und am Standort Basel bei einem führenden Pharmaunternehmen.

Sie bringen erste Logistik-Erfahrung, idealerweise im Umgang mit Chemikalien oder Gefahrstoffen, sowie SAP-, Excel- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse mit. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden das Profil ab; Arbeitszeiten Montag bis Freitag, 40 Std./Woche.

Qualifications

• Ausbildungalslogistiker/Laborant oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung.
• Erste Logistik-Erfahrung, idealerweise mit Chemikalien/Gefahrstoffen.
• Gute SAP-, Excel- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
• Sehr gutes Deutsch; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.

Responsabilités

• Bewirtschaftung von Point of Use/Point of Solvent Beständen.
• Bestellungen auslösen und Warenannahme/-entnahme durchführen.
• Lagerorte nach Produktgröße/Zugriffshäufigkeit optimieren.
• Daten erfassen und weiterleiten; Kommunikation mit Lieferanten/Kunden.
• SOP-Erstellung unterstützen; Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften.

The Opportunity:

VWR, Teil von Avantor sucht zum sofortigen Start eine:n Mitarbeiter:in (m/w/d) Laborlogistik zur Unterstützung unseres Inventory Services Teams.

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine befristete Vollzeitposition bis März/evt April 2027.

Ihr Arbeitsort wäre unser Kundenstandort, ein führendes Pharmaunternehmen in Basel.

Diese Rolle eignet sich am besten für Personen, die schon Erfahrung in der Logistik mitbringen und gerne in die Pharmawelt einsteigen möchten.

Arbeitszeiten: Montag-Freitag; Start zwischen 06:00-06:30 und danach täglich 8 Stunden (40 Stunden/Woche)

Das bringen Sie mit

Ausbildung : Abgeschlossene Berufslehre zum Logistiker oder Laborant (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

Berufserfahrung:

• Erste Erfahrung in der Logistik, insbesondere im Umgang mit Chemikalien oder sonstigen Gefahrgütern
• IT Kenntnisse (SAP, Excel, Outlook, MS Office, etc.)
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Dienstleistungsorientierte Denkweise

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie

• Bewirtschaftung eines Point of Use / Point of Solvent Bestandskontrolle
• Bestellungen auslösen
• Warenentnahme/Warenannahme
• Lagerorte entsprechend Produktgrössen und Zugriffshäufigkeit optimieren
• Korrekte Erfassung und Weiterleitung der Daten
• Administration (Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Kunden)
• Ordnung und Sauberkeit
• Entsorgung von verschiedenen Abfällen gemäß Richtlinien, wie z.B. Glaswaren, Papier, Lösemittel, Chemische Abfälle (LENTSO), etc.
• Koordination mit anderen Dienstleistern (z.B. Reinigungsfirma für Laborkleidung, Geräte Service- und Reparaturen, Versand)
• Waschen von Glas- und Plastikwaren
• Mithelfen beim Erstellen von SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) für die verschiedenen Laborservicetätigkeiten.
• Strikte Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften von Avantor und Kunden
• Umsetzung der durch Avantor geforderten Workflows (z.B. GEMBA Walks, ABS)
