Job summary

This AG - a Rayner Group Company is expanding its R&D team and seeks a Test Engineer to contribute to phaco technologies at our Swiss HQ in Heerbrugg. The role focuses on developing test concepts, integrating hardware rigs and software verification, and supporting CI/CD pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have electronics education or a degree in electronics/electrical engineering or computer science, with automation testing experience, and knowledge of Python, LabVIEW, and

Qualifications

Electronics education with practical qualifications and/or a degree.
Experience in automated testing and relevant programming languages.
Desirable knowledge in MedTech or similar development projects.

Responsibilities

Develop test concepts and strategies integrating hardware and software verification.
Define test protocols, sample sizes and acceptance criteria from risk data.
Perform hardware-in-the-loop and system-level validations with cross-functional teams.
Analyze test data and prepare verification reports per guidelines.
