To complete our team in the Acute Low Intensity Care Unit (RAMI) of the Regional Hospital of Mendrisio, we are looking for a

Head Physician (50-80%)

Profile:

The person we are looking for works independently and at an interdisciplinary level, promoting the skills required by the role of Head Physician.

Necessary requirements:

• FMH title in Internal Medicine or an equivalent qualification. For doctors with foreign qualifications, recognition by the Federal Commission for Medical Professions MEBEKO and registration with MedReg are mandatory before starting work.
• Knowledge of the Italian language (at least level B2 required) with corresponding registration with MedReg before starting work.
• Initiative; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organisational skills and predisposition for interdisciplinary collaboration with a view to continuous improvement of the department's development.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude, enjoyment of working in a team and collaborating across disciplines.
