Job summary

Arjo is seeking a Service Technician in Graubünden/Gossau, Switzerland to maintain, repair and troubleshoot mobility devices in healthcare facilities. You will handle service calls, diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance and ensure safety inspections.

The role requires completed technical training (EFZ) or comparable experience; driving license category B and willingness to travel. You will install new devices, manage spare parts, document service calls and provide competent customer

• Good user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent customer orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls and respond to customer inquiries in your region.

• Install, commission and test new devices at customer sites.
