Kanadevia Inova is a global leader in waste infrastructure seeking a technical lead for mechanical and process systems. You will guide design, assess supplier specs, and ensure compliance with standards and HSE regulations.

Required are CAD skills, English and German fluency, and the ability to coordinate interfaces across disciplines within a multinational team.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering with relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of EN/ISO/ASME/ASTM/API standards.
• Experience with fibre composite materials and CAD methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and AI tools.
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication.

Aufgaben

• Act as the technical lead and main contact for assigned products and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare supplier specifications, lead technical negotiations, and manage supplier performance during project execution.
• Coordinate technical interfaces across disciplines and ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and HSE regulations.
• Review and validate drawings, P&IDs, and system components, while proactively resolving technical and production challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement, lean processes, and conduct supplier inspections for products such as boiler cleaning systems, hydraulic systems, scrubbers, and composite components.

Job Description

• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and AI tools, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in German and English, with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively in international environments.
