Restaurant Brands International (RBI) invites MBA students to join our Summer Internship Program in the EMEA region. You’ll work on high-impact, cross-functional projects selected by senior leadership, gaining real responsibility and mentorship.

Expect exposure to Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, and more within a fast-paced QSR environment. You’ll wrap up with a final presentation to department heads, with potential for a full-time offer after graduation.

Qualifikationen

• MBA student with graduation date Dec 2027 – July 2028.
• 4–7 years of related work experience in consulting, banking, CPG, retail or hospitality.
• Direct people management experience (≥1 direct report or led a group/project).
• Solid analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Work on a strategic project matched by senior leadership across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, Procurement & more.
• Contribute to initiatives that drive guest experience, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Receive mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities through leadership sessions and events.
